Because these offerings are intangible and delivered electronically, all digital services are non-refundable except in the limited cases described in this policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Services

All products and courses sold through this website, including design, strategy, consulting, and marketing packages, once purchased or once work, access, or delivery has started.
SEO, PPC, social media, email, and other digital marketing services after the billing period has started or after work has commenced.
Completed or partially completed consulting sessions, strategy documents, creative deliverables, reports, research, and optimization work provided digitally.
Subscription-based or recurring services after the relevant billing period has begun.
Any files, templates, licenses, logins, recordings, or materials already supplied to you.

2. Limited eligibility for refunds or credits


Outside of the non-refundable digital services above, we may only issue a refund or account credit where:

A duplicate payment was charged due to a clear system or processing error (we will reverse the duplicate amount).
We are unable to commence agreed work through no fault of the client, as confirmed in writing after a good-faith review.
Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction apply and cannot be waived by contract.

3. Refund request process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

4. Partial refunds
